The e-invoice is available for customers served by TME Sp. z o.o.
E-invoice service management is executed via the "Your account" -> "E-invoices" tab.
In order to activate the functionality, you have to express your consent to receive e-invoices by ticking the given checkbox, it is also necessary that you give the e-mail address to which emails with a link (for direct downloading the invoice in the PDF format) will be sent. Then click the activation link attached to the email.
E-invoices are made available for downloading in an encrypted https connection to confirm the authenticity and credibility.
By expressing the consent to receive e-invoices, you simultaneously resign from receiving invoices (sale, corrections and advance payments) in the hard copy. Each issuance of the invoice at TME will result in sending an email to the address indicated in the form. The email will contain a link to the location where the e-invoice can be downloaded from in the PDF format. The link shall be active for 24 hours since its first use. To the message containing the link referred to in the preceding sentence, a file in PDF format shall be appended, which is a preview of the e-Invoice.
After that time, the PDF version downloading will be possible only after logging into the service – the “Sales History” tab.
Each instance of downloading the e-invoice is recorded in the IT system of TME Sp. z o. o.
In order to disable the e-invoice service, please use the "Disable the e-invoice service" button which is next to the defined email address.
Using the e-invoice is also possible for Customers who do not have an active access to the TME Internet account. Additional information is available in enclosed documents.
