Transfer Multisort Elektronik has entered into direct cooperation and has become a distributor for IXYS Corporation, an American company specialising in power semiconductors. Thanks to this cooperation, TME can offer many benefits to its customers, such as access to a wide range of high-quality products, and project support.
TME’s offer will soon be enriched by power semiconductors, in particular the Power MOS (Metal-Oxide-Silicon) transistors, bipolar transistors, semiconductor relays, analogue and mixed integrated circuits, drivers, and other products. They are widely used in e.g. energy conversion, power factor correction devices, inverters, power supply units, DC-DC converters, servo motors, as well as in robotics, industrial automation, LED drivers and lighting, consumer electronics, and transport.
In 2017, IXYS was acquired by Littelfuse, enriching that company’s offer of semiconductors.
