Joint Tech Electronic Industrial was established in 1984 in Taiwan. The company opened a factory in Dongguan in 1998 to expand its operations into the People's Republic of China. Joint Tech also carries FFC/FPC ribbon sockets (1 mm and 0.5 mm), which are particularly popular in mobile devices.
