Standard rivets let you create durable connections without deforming or damaging their surrounding areas. This is crucial considering the fragility of many electronic components. For applications that require periodic maintenance and easy access, you can use dismountable rivets (including breakstem rivets) that significantly speed up repair and maintenance work. Push-in rivets made of plastics also have good insulating properties, are resistant to corrosion, vibrations, and wear. Due to their small diameters, rivets can be used to mount small and fragile electronic components, i.e. PCBs or embedded systems, onto other components and matching enclosures.
