KUBARA LAMINA

Kubara Lamina S.A. was established in 1957, in Poland, as Zakłady Lamp Nadawczych LAMINA (company specialising in radio-technical solutions). The present-day Kubara Lamina brand has been operating on the Polish and international markets since 2013, offering components dedicated to the fields of power electronics and energy conversion.

The Kubara Lamina’s product range offered by TME includes a number of discrete semiconductor power components and modules. These are mostly universal (hockey-puck-type and stud) diodes with diverse characteristics (maximum reverse voltage range up to 14 kV). The supplier also offers diode modules with the rated forward current of up to 660 A (depending on the model), as well as thyristors and thyristor (diode and thyristor) modules.
