Sirectifier Electronics Technology Corporation was established in 1993. Over the years, it has become one of the greatest Chinese manufacturers of semiconductor power modules.

Sirectifier manufactures universal and Schottky diodes, as well as triacs. Apart from these, our product catalogue also includes Sirectifier thyristor and diode-thyristor modules, IGBTs and bridge rectifiers (single- and three-phase), i.e. solutions that are widely used in power supply systems and converters. Selected products are characterised with high current parameters (even up to 300 A), at the pulse tolerance up to 4.1 kA. Moreover, TME offers ultra-fast components made by Sirectifier using the glass passivated technology which facilitates manufacturing components with high temperature tolerance and increased humidity resistance.
