WAYON
The history of Wayon goes back to 1987, when the Shanghai Material Research Institute started studying various applications of conducting polymers. As a result, the first generation of Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PPTC) fuses was developed. In 1996, Wayon Electronics was established as a company specialising in the field of semiconductor component manufacturing. Soon after, it started cooperating with the largest electronic equipment manufacturers, such as Sanyo, Samsung, LG, NEC/Tokin, and Apple.
The TME product catalogue includes mostly N-MOSFET transistors offered by Wayon. These components demonstrate high rated values (drain-source voltage up to 900 V, drain current up to 53 A), and are designed to handle demanding applications such as illumination systems/controllers, chargers, adapters or server power supply modules.
