The TME team is tight-knit, which is evident whenever we meet during training courses, trade fairs and other events where our employees from different countries work together, side by side. Non-standard markets require a non-standard approach.
This is the idea that drives TME employees responsible for developing countries, mainly in Africa and Asia. Our core mission in these markets is education. That is why TME is committed to working with regional ambassadors who know the local situation best, are able to react quickly to the current needs and, as part of the TME Education project, spread knowledge about electronics and new technologies.
We currently have over 40 ambassadors in 28 countries.
For many years, TME has also been actively cooperating with universities and technical schools. Their students can participate in internships and apprenticeships in our company, in order to gain experience and translate their theoretical knowledge into practice. The company also supports students with data necessary for their engineering, bachelor’s or master’s thesis, if possible.
At TME, we know that balance is fundamental, which is why we create a space where passions and relationships are just as important as tasks. We are a tight-knit team – we like each other, we shorten the distance and we address each other informally. We support your free time and development - you can use our extensive development library and our board game rental service, and also regularly participate in numerous thematic events at our locations. Once a year, we meet in a large group, for example, during a family picnic or an annual summary meeting. From joint integrations to daily conversations in the kitchen – as an employer, we ensure that work is a place where true friendships are formed.
