Three-phase bridge rectifier from Daco

The TME offer has been expanded to include three-phase bridge rectifiers from Daco, a Taiwan-based manufacturer of semiconductors. The company was established in 1994 – over the last 30 years, it has gained international recognition as a supplier of discrete components such as diodes, transistors, thyristors, etc.

The DAR3PV086-160-DCO bridge rectifier exhibits a wide operating temperature range (junction thermal tolerance: from -40°C to 150°C), low load voltage drop rating and very low leakage current. What is more, the product’s isolation voltage can reach up to 3000 V. The component is compliant with the RoHS directive and does not contain halogens.

Thanks to its rated current of up to 90 A, the presented Daco bridge rectifier can be successfully used in applications such as DC rechargeable battery power supplies and input rectifiers for PWM inverters.
