Keysight Smart Bench Essentials (SBE) is a new series of measurement and test devices for education and engineers. They allow you to test, analyze and share the results of your work. Thanks to LAN connectivity, measurements can be sent to users both in the same teaching room and on the other side of the world. Smart Bench Essentials Series by Keysight is a set of test equipment consisting of a power supply, a function generator, a digital multimeter and an oscilloscope. Thanks to the new range of instruments, students of various levels (but also design engineers) receive complete solutions for laboratories and teaching rooms.
EDU34450A DESKOP MULTIMETER
The Keysight EDU34450A digital multimeter has a resolution of 5 and a half digits, basic accuracy of 0.015% for DC voltage and up to 100 readings per second. The device, despite its compact size, has a large, 7-inch double color display. PathWave BenchVue software enables remote device control and recording of up to 5.000 data points. Other features of this product include:
- measurement of 11 electrical values (DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, two- and four-wire resistance, frequency, continuity test, diode test, temperature and capacitance);
- USB and LAN connectors;
- USB flash drive support for configuration copy / load.
EDU33210 SERIES FUNCTION GENERATORS
The EDU33210 series includes two models of the function / arbitrary generator, namely 1-channel (EDU33211A) and 2-channel (EDU33212A) generators. Both models offer 20MHz frequency, 8 built-in modulations and 17 waveforms. Other advantages of these devices include:
- 16-bit arbitrary waveform with a memory up to 8 million samples per channel;
- USB and LAN interface for remote connectivity.

The Keysight EDU36311A is a 90W DC power adapter. It is equipped with three electrically isolated channels. As in the case of other devices in the series, USB and LAN connections along with PathWave BenchVue software allow for remote control of the power supply. Here are some of the most noteworthy features of this product:
- low ripple and output noise;
- protection against overvoltage, overload and overheating;
- low noise level;
- 7-inch color display.
1000 X SERIES INFINIIVISION OSCILLOSCOPES
Keysight InfiniiVision 1000X oscilloscopes support up to 200 MHz bandwidth, up to four analogue channels and sampling up to 2M points per channel. They use the same technology as higher-end devices. This allows you to learn on the same hardware and software used in leading research and development laboratories.
Like the rest of the Smart Bench Essentials series, the oscilloscopes feature a large 7-inch display, PathWave BenchVue software for remote control, and USB and LAN connections.
