Available from TME are Semikron SKD82 three-phase bridge rectifiers, which are designed as high power diode modules with an isolated metal base plate, enclosed in a durable and tight SEMIPONT3 package.
Electrical connections are made with M5 screws. The metal base plate with mounting holes allows for an easy installation of the module and makes heat dissipation easier.
Three-phase bridge rectifiers of this type are specifically useful in high voltage power supplies, car battery charger rectifiers, inverters or motor controllers. The modules are characterized by high surge resistance.
