EVO7i from HellermannTyton is an ergonomic mounting device used to fasten cable ties. This device is a combination of convenience, functionality and allows for a high level of repeatability of work. This last feature will be particularly crucial in work with cables, electrical conduits and other elements that have a specific mechanical resistance – allowing for secure mounting without the risk of damaging the installed component. The innovative TLC (Tension/Lock/Cut) technology used in EVO7i cable tie guns ensures the ease and fastness of mounting, precision of cutting and at the same time the elimination of recoil. It also ensures efficiency, safety and comfort of work for the technicians.
Important features of the EVO7i devices include: an ergonomic grip made of non-slip materials (ensures convenient and secure grip), low cost of maintenance and an enclosure made of a resilient and light fibreglass-reinforced polyester composite. The body of the device is equipped with a grapple used to attach the tool to a belt.
The tying force is adjusted by a knob located above the hand grip and has a 33-grade scale. The blocking lever prevents accidental change of the setting. A slender forepart of the device facilitates work in places where access and space are limited. Easy loading mechanism (a cable tie is inserted from the side) and convenient access to the blade are also worth mentioning here.
