Continental Device India Ltd. (CDIL) is an Indian manufacturer of semiconductors, founded in 1964. CDIL owns an R&D centre and facilities for silicon production.

It specialises in discrete semiconductors, such as diodes, rectifier bridges, transistors, thyristors, and voltage regulators.

For many years, CDIL has been delivering solutions adopted as standards in the industry, particularly in TO3 (metal), TO126, SOD, KBPC, and other enclosures.
