BESEL

The history of Electric Motor Factory Besel in Brzeg, dates back till 1950. Starting from regeneration of engines, the company developed to the biggest manufacturer of all types of electrical engines in Poland. In 1991, the company became a joint stock company wholly owned by the Treasury and was given the name of Electric Motor Factory Besel SA Company in Brzeg. Since 1995, the majority of shares is owned by an Italian shareholder. At present, Besel comprises the Cantoni Group which is a leader in manufacturing electrical engines in Poland. The group, apart from Besel, consists of three other manufacturing companies: Celma Cieszyn, Indukta Bielsko-Biała and Emit Żychlin.
