SMC Diode Solutions originates from Nanjing (China) and specialises in the design and production of discrete semiconductors, mainly diodes. The company was founded in 1997. Currently, it has offices in countries such as the USA, Germany and South Korea. Cutting-edge production facilities integrated with a complex quality control system enable SMC to manufacture components with mass repeatability, which ensures competitiveness, e.g. in terms of prices. Thanks to this, the company’s products are commonly applied in consumer devices, LED lighting, power supply circuits, renewable energy systems as well as industrial and medical equipment.

At TME, you can find a wide range of SMC components made from “classic” silicon or using the state-of-the-art SiC technology.
