Frer is a company founded in 1980 in Italy. It specialises in the production of high quality, reliable low and medium voltage measuring instruments and accessories for electrical switchboards. A milestone in the company's development was the takeover by Frer in 1992 of the meter division of the historic Italian company C.G.S located in Monza.
