Quality and guarantees

8.a. Goods sold by our company are of high quality. The way of their transportation, storage and packaging ensures their protection against damages, both mechanical and electrical.

8.b. High quality is a value that is important for TME not only in relation to the products offered, but also to the level of services provided. To this end, TME, has implemented an Integrated Quality Management and Environmental Management System, which is continuously improved in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2015-09 standards, as confirmed by the certificate available on our website under the “About us – Quality System” tab.

8.c. An up-to-date list of products consistent with the RoHS Directive can be found on the web page www.tme.eu. RoHS labels are not included in the printed catalogue, which is not to say that the products are not in compliance with the directive.

8.d. If a product contains a warranty, its provisions are binding.
