Sales documents

5.a. TME issues a sales document for every concluded transaction. In relation to consumers, it is always a VAT invoice.

5.b. Invoices may be issued among others in the following currencies: PLN, USD, EUR, HUF, CZK, RON, GBP, SEK or DKK. For sales via the Internet, the consumer selects the currency during the account registration process. Any subsequent change of the billing currency requires contact with the TME Sales Department. For some countries, the choice of certain currencies may not be available. A full list of billing currencies is available in the „How to buy - Prices”tab.

5.c. Consumers with account in the www.tme.eu service, can receive electronic invoices. Further details can be found in the “Help – E-invoices” tab. Consumers who place an order without registering an account receive VAT invoices in an electronic form only. By accepting these conditions, the consumer agrees to the sending of electronic VAT invoices to their e-mail address.
