STT200GK, STT253GK, and STT320GK are series of robust thyristor-thyristor power modules from SIRECTIFIER. Depending on the selected product group, the modules' rated current is 200A, 250A, or 320A – with a repetitive peak reverse voltage in the range of 1200…1800V and an insulation voltage value of 3600V AC).
The products presented are SCR modules for industrial applications, where there is a need to control high power, such as in rectifiers, AC controllers, or heating systems.
The strong points of this family include a classic, industrial design: standard housings, high reliability achieved through the use of technology glass passivated chips (STT200GK) and pressure contacts (STT253GK, STT320GK), resulting in less complex protective circuits, isolated design, and easy installation. Applications are primarily motor control, power converters, heating and temperature regulation in industrial furnaces and chemical processes, lighting control, and solid-state switches. The manufacturer provides a complete set of electrical mounting accessories for each module: special screws integrated with washers and cables with crimped FAST-ON type ends.
