COMPLAINT ACCEPTANCE AND HANDLING RULES
The complaint procedure is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and the seller’s Terms of Cooperation.
- Do not remove our identification labels from the products.
- Leave the products in their original packaging and store them according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- File a complaint.

- If your complaint is admitted, a corrective invoice will be issued as a confirmation that its terms have been agreed and fulfilled by the parties.

Information on personal data
- TME US, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of Georgia, USA hereby informs you that it will be the entity using your personal data;
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, however it is also necessary to register the User in the ordering system and to provide him or her proper service;
- TME US, LLC shall stop using the data for marketing purposes on an earlier date if you withdraw your consent, or, in the case of profiling, if you object to having your data processed for this purpose;
- You have the right to access your personal data and request it to be corrected, deleted, or limit its processing;
- To the extent that your personal data is processed on the grounds of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal of consent has no bearing on the legitimacy of processing that was performed prior to the withdrawal.
