E-invoices

E-invoice service is available for the customers of TME US, LLC

For registered customers, e-invoice service can be managed at: "Your account" -> "e-invoice".

Electronic invoices are the default form of invoicing at TME US, LLC.

E-invoices can be downloaded through an encrypted direct https connection intended to ensure the authenticity of their origin and the integrity of their content.

To receive e-invoices, means that no paper invoices (related to sales, corrections and advance payment) will be sent to you unless you are a registered customer who elects no to receive electronic invoices by clicking “Deactivate e-Invoices” in the “Your Account” tab > “e-invoices” . Every time TME US, LLC issues an invoice a message with an e-invoice in a PDF format together with a link to directly download it will be sent to you. After you access the link to the e-invoice, it will be valid for 24 hours.

If you purchase as a guest we will send you e-invoice to the email address you provide during ordering process.

If you purchase as a registered customer we will send you e-invoice to the email address you provide during the account application process. You can change email address for electronic invoices by defining a new e-mail address in the “Your Account” tab > “e-invoices” on the Website and activating the e-invoice at the new address using the link sent to the new e-mail address, provided that the new address is different from the address provided during registration.

Each download of an e-invoice through a link or our website is logged in the IT system of TME US, LLC

Customers without an active account at TME US, LLC will receive the documents which will allow them to access the e-invoice service via e-mail.
