TME’s range of products on offer now also includes energy-saving members of the GD32 family – 32-bit GIGADEVICE microcontrollers. Available series:
- GD32F1 & GD32F2 powered by Cortex M3 core,
- GD32F3 powered by Cortex M4 core,
- GD32F4 powered by Cortex M4F core.
Apart from standard interfaces, such as I2C, SPI or UART, some of the GD32 microcontrollers are fitted with USB 2.0 OTG FS and CAN.
Products available in TME’s offer are fitted with LQPF casing with 48-144 pins. GD32 MCUs incorporate Flash memory (16KB-3MB), 4-512KB RAM and are powered with 3.3V DC.
One of the greatest advantages of GIGADEVICE GD32 MCUs is the fact that they can operate at 50% greater frequency than similar competitive products. Thanks to this, their efficiency spans from 50 to 250 DMIPS, depending on the type of MCU.
GD32 MCUs support KEIL programming tools.
