Liquid level indicators are a type of hydraulic equipment that allows for a quick check of the quantity and (depending on the model) condition of the liquid in the system. A column level indicator is a product designed to be mounted on the tank wall. Optionally, it can be fitted with a thermometer. Thanks to “inspection hole” oil level indicators, you can see not only the quantity, but also the quality of oil in the tank. Contrast screens used in these products as well as the lenticular shape of the casing make it easier to read the necessary information. The materials from which the indicators are made are resistant to mechanical damage and scratches. When selecting level indicators, special attention should be paid to the liquids with which they can be used. Structures that are resistant to most oils and solvents will not necessarily work properly in contact with alcohol and substances which contain it. In order to ensure maximum tightness and at the same time avoid deformation of the gasket, it is advisable to apply an appropriate tightening torque, as given in the product specification.
