C276 speaker cable from Tasker

Date of publication: 08/14/2023 🕒 2 min read

The C276 speaker cable from Italian brand Tasker is designed for applications in professional sound systems. It has double PVC insulation in different densities, the outer one being black, and the inner one grey. Thanks to that, two goals can be achieved. Firstly, cores are additionally secured from damage. Secondly, every case of physical damage to outer jacket (abrasion, incision etc.) is immediately visible, because the internal layer of the cable is different from the black external coating. Both layers are made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

The cable consists of two multi-wire cores with a cross-section of 2.5 mm2.They are surrounded with insulation in standardised colours (red and black). The cores are made of oxygen-free copper (OFC) which provides minimal resistance, and thanks to that the highest quality of sound. Tasker’s C276 cable can be used in temperatures from -15°C to 70°C with the nominal voltage of 49 V. The external diameter of the cable is 9 mm.

It needs to be emphasised that Tasker belongs to the largest European manufacturers of cabling. The cable presented here is only a part of our assortment – the supplier’s offer contains around 200 audio-video cable types, including speaker cables, and most of these items are available directly from our warehouse.
