A new component for audio applications has appeared in the TME offer – electret microphone from Same Sky.
Electret microphones, a type of capacitive elements, are distinguished by their simple construction, allowing for compact dimensions (in this case Ø4x1.3mm), which makes them popular in miniaturized devices, such as portable electronics, IoT modules, etc. Therefore, the presented product is adapted for surface mounting (SMD). Additionally, these are omnidirectional microphones characterized by good sensitivity (here -42dB).
Electret microphone CMEJ041342SMTTR
It is worth noting that the CMEJ041342SMTTR model has a wide frequency response from 100Hz to 10kHz with an impedance of 2.2kΩ. The component operates at voltages of 1V to 10V. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to even 70°C.
