Consolidated orders

For customers who routinely place multiple orders, we have implemented solutions in our system to help them manage and schedule orders according to their current needs.

Fixed-day shipping

If you frequently place orders at TME but want to reduce the number of individual shipments, try out the fixed-day shipping option. By using a special tool available on our website, you can select a specific date for delivery (day/month/year) on your own. All you need to do is assign the same delivery date for each order (max. 60 days ahead) in the cart – in this way, all the orders will be put together into one shipment.

Shipping according to a pre-arranged schedule

This is an option for Customers who prefer to receive parcels on a recurring basis, on a specific day of the week (e.g. only on Wednesdays).

Thanks to this solution, all orders placed within a particular time period will be combined into one shipment and delivered on a specific day of the week. The shipping schedule must be pre-arranged with one of our Sales Department employees.

In order to fully enjoy the consolidated shipping option, the following requirements must be met:

The selected delivery date must be the same for all the orders.
The payment must be made upon delivery or by bank transfer.
The selected delivery date for the ordered products must be confirmed by TME.
The delivery address and shipping method must be the same for all the orders.

We will issue a single invoice for all the consolidated orders and you will only have to pay for a single shipment.
